Suzanne is our Office Manager and a leading creative member of our team.
Suzanne relocated to Georgia from Northern California, where she was the Executive Director of a small non-profit organization, wrote for and edited a news magazine, taught English as a Second Language,
helped start a community newspaper and worked in several locally-owned bookstores. She also opened her own bookstore, the Storyteller Bookstore, on the Russian River north of San Francisco. The Storyteller was conceived with the belief that we all have a story to tell and was stocked with titles from the 4,000 or so Small Presses that still operated in the U.S. at that time. The world of video production is still relatively new to her, but she considers learning a good thing.
At The Image Company, Suzanne not only keeps us anchored in the reality of the “bottom-line,” she also brings her organizational skills and attention to detail to field producing, copy editing and general quality control. Creatively, she develops project concepts, writes scripts, directs and is frequently called on for aesthetic input.
Suzanne also has another name. She is “Nana” to her 7 grandchildren who live in Maryland. She can’t get up to see them as much as she would like, but every vacation finds her in Parkton at all the lacrosse, football, softball, soccer or basketball games cheering on one of the kids. At home in Americus, you’ll find her reading most of the time.
